My R-80 (first bike ever, btw) started to shimmy on the way home. When I pulled into the driveway I noted that one side of the bar was loose; the nuts on the top of the triple tree were loose. Not sure what size they were, but I thought I had them snugged down with a pipe wrench when I changed the fork boots a few months ago.
Lesson learned, I guess.
